Agreement

By using mammothstaging.com you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.

What the site is for

Photos and descriptions here are general information. They are not an offer, an engineering specification, or a promise that gear is available on your date. A quote is an estimate until it is in a signed agreement.

Rentals and labor

Staging rentals and crew calls are governed by a separate written agreement [name it], which covers load ratings, site conditions, weather, permits, insurance, damage, and cancellation. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.

Ownership

The Mammoth Staging name, logo, site design, writing, and our own photos belong to us. Gallagher Staging and the event, venue, and organization names on this site belong to their owners and appear only to describe past work. [Confirm written permission for each client name and photo.]

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
Don’t scrape it, run bots against it, or try to break it.
Don’t send us malware or someone else’s personal information without their permission.

What you send us
