How we use it
- To answer you and prepare quotes.
- To deliver staging and labor, including scheduling and paying crew and meeting insurance and safety requirements.
- To run and secure the website.
- To send marketing email, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Who we share it with
Service providers under contract [hosting, email, payroll, insurance carrier]; venues and production partners when needed to deliver your event; authorities when the law requires; and a buyer if the business is ever sold.
Selling, sharing, and ads
We [do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising]. If that changes, you can opt out on the Do Not Sell or Share page or in cookie settings. We treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out.
How long we keep it

This is a business site. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 [or under 16/18 where state law requires]. If that happens, tell us and we’ll delete it.
